On 7.11.06, water was exchanged between the Neuer See and Fauler See (New Lake and Rotten Lake) in Berlin's Tiergarten park.

The action started on November 7, 2006, and was reactivated for:
- Itinerarios 2006-07, curated by Kevin Power, from January 25 to March 30, 2008. Botín Foundation (work in the Botín Foundation collection).
- Doing in the everyday, curated by Beatriz Alonso, from June 16 to September 14, 2013. Sala Arte Joven, Comunidad de Madrid.

Form doesn't exist on its own; it emerges from the act, from the way something happens. Imagine this: we undertake the task of exchanging the water in two lakes. There's no spectacle, no audience, just the action, repetitive, absurd, without utilitarian purpose. But precisely there, in that unexplained insistence, the myth begins to take shape. Someday, perhaps, someone else—unrelated or driven by intuition—will decide to return the water to its original place. They will undo our action, not out of contempt, but as a continuation of the gesture. This return doesn't negate what came before; it validates it, transforms it. In this cycle of making and unmaking, of intervening in reality without needing to justify it, the action becomes art. Not as representation, but as an event. Exchanging the water of two lakes is not a conclusive or final act: it's an open work, in progress, always available to be taken up, altered, or expanded. It invites others to participate, to become involved, to merge with it. It doesn't end; it simply continues—like life itself.
